Chuy Sanchez Jr

Jesus "Chuy" Sanchez Jr. is a digital and traditional artist based in Indianapolis. Trained in oil painting at the Academy of Art in Chicago, he draws on his background in advertising and concept art to create vivid, narrative imagery. His work has been featured in solo and group exhibitions across Indianapolis, including City Natives Gallery, the Murphy Arts Center, The Eiteljorg Museum and the Indianapolis Museum off Art at Newfields.

A husband, father, and military veteran, Chuy continues to explore identity, belonging, and memory through his evolving visual language.
